True Repentance. Am I a Good Person test

Repentance is saying God I am a sinner and I have sinned against you. I am sorry that I have sinned and I promise not to sin again. Then, You have to live a lifestyle that proves that you truly meant it, when you said you will not sin again.
Repentance is a 180 degrees turn. When you woke up this morning, especially the Ladies, you looked in a mirror and the mirror told you the truth about how you look. Once you saw the truth, you went into the bathroom and cleaned yourself. This is exactly what the law of God is, it is a mirror that we need to look into, to see how we truly are and how God sees us so that we can realize that we need to repent and put our trust in Jesus for salvation.
Example, take the following test that uses only 5 of the Ten Commandments to show you how God sees you right now. Promise to be honest to yourself. Only you will know the answer. I wish I could take credit for this test but it is not mine and belongs to Ray Comfort from Livingwaters.com and I hope I am not doing them any injustice by using their test. I apologies if I do.
Q0: Are you a good person? Yes or No
Q1: Have you ever lied in your whole life? Yes or No
Q2: Have you ever stolen anything in your whole life, no matter how small? Yes or No
Q3: God says if you look at a man or woman with lust (meaning with sexual intentions), you have already committed adultery in your heart. Have you ever looked at a man or woman with lust in your whole life? Yes or No
Q4: Do you use The Lord’s name in vain, e.g. “By saying O My God or in short omg. I see it all the time on Facebook”? Have you ever used the name of God in vain? Yes or No
Q5: God says if you hate you have committed murder already in your heart. Have you ever hated anyone in your whole life? Yes or No
Let’s look at your answers:
Q1: if your answer is Yes, what do you call someone who lies? A Liar. So, what are you?
Q2: if your answer is Yes, what do you call someone who steals? A Thief. So, what are you?
Q3: if your answer is Yes, what do you call someone who commits adultery? An Adulterer. So, what are you?
Q4: if your answer is Yes, what do you call someone who uses God’s name in vain? A Blasphemer. So, what are you?
Q5: if your answer is Yes, what do you call someone who murders people? A Murderer. So, What are you?
So, if you answered all the question “yes”, then by your own admission, I am not judging you, this is what you said and admitted to when you answered yes. So by your own admission, you are a Lying Thief, a Murderer and an Adulterer who Blasphemes the name of God. This is what God sees when he loos at you. God sees a Lying Thief, a Murderer and an Adulterer and a Blasphemer! Without the law, you would not have known your true condition. So, because the law is a mirror and the mirror does not lie, you now know what God sees when He looks at you. So if your answer to Q0 was Yes, then you lied, you are not a good person.
So, if you were to die now as you are, and you stand before God for judgement, when God looks at you, He will see a Lying Thief, a Murderer and an Adulterer and a Blasphemer standing in front of him. The questions is, if you were God, will you find yourself guilty or innocent? If you are guilty, will you send yourself to heaven or hell? If you are a just God as God is, then you know that God will find you guilty and send you to hell.
This is the reason why we need to truly repent and put our trust in Jesus, so that when we stand before God, Jesus who paid for our sins on the cross and wiped them from the book of sins, can say God, this person’s sins were paid for in full and therefore he is innocent of all the charges. God will dismiss our case and let us free to live eternally in heaven. Amen. Without Jesus, God sees you for who you truly are, a Lying Thief, a Murderer and an Adulterer and a Blasphemer!
If you answered some Yes and some No, it makes no difference because God said that if you break one, you have broken all of them. So, you are exactly in the same position.
So, when are you going to truly repent and put your trust in God? Don’t you think now is a good idea given that you don’t know when you will die?
